La Bellezze, meaning "The Beauties" in Italian, located in Canoga Park, is seeking a professional, energetic, and experienced club manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our vibrant gentlemen's club.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Club Manager to oversee the operations of our club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club, including customer service, sales, training development, and team management.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive club membership and revenue growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards
- Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and meet sales targets
- Manage club operations efficiently, including shift management and time management
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize pricing
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve club goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the night club, gentlemen's club or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Proficiency in sales techniques to drive membership growth
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of training development practices to enhance staff performance
